Congrats (again)! Tarell McCraney wins Doris Duke Performing Artist Award
PostedCongratulations to 2013 Drama Prize winner Tarell Alvin McCraney for being named a 2014 recipient of the Doris Duke Performing Artist Award. This is the third major award Tarell has taken home this year, following his selection as both a Windham-Campbell Prize winner and a MacCarthur Fellow.

Prizewinner Tarell Alvin McCraney has been named a MacArthur fellow
PostedCongratulations to Tarell McCraney on being named a 2013 MacArthur Fellow. He told us that he found out just prior to arriving at Yale for the Windham-Campbell Prizes Festival and had to keep the news a secret throughout his visit. Read more about Tarell at the MacArthur Fellows website.
