Clare Sestanovich, named a “5 Under 35” honoree by the National Book Foundation in 2022, is the author of the debut novel, Ask Me Again (Knopf 2024), which was a finalist for the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize. Her story collection, Objects of Desire (Knopf 2021), was a finalist for the PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize. She has worked as an editor at The New Yorker and The Drift, and her fiction has appeared in publications such as The New Yorker, The Paris Review, and Harper’s.
